I’ve been handing this item out as treasure to the more blade-happy murder hobos in my campaigns for years now. I figured Halloween would be the best time to bust it out.

New Wondrous Item: Executioner’s Hood
This simple black hood covers the entire head, with only 2 holes for the eyes. It has a noose-like rope toggle that goes around the neck, and has apparently been splattered with blood.
The executioner’s hood grants the wearer a +2 enhancement bonus to Attack and Damage rolls with slashing weapons, at the cost of a -4 on all Charisma-based skill checks.
